First calculate total(Italy) (total hits from searching for Italy), then total(Italy pasta) (total hits searching for: Italy pasta).

The height of the “pasta : Italy” bar in the plot will be total(Italy pasta)/total(Italy).

You might also be curious about the UK, so you can repeat the same for “UK” and “pasta”.
